My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for our trip to Mount Aso. the location was convenient, with a Joyful restaurant and other dining options just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the great views of Mount Aso from our room. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and Western options. we appreciated the complimentary parking and the available vending machines.

The hotel's location near the busy road made it a bit difficult to make a right turn when leaving the hotel.

What a great weekend at this hotel! The first thing I enjoyed was the huge room, it was much bigger than the regular business hotels I've stayed in before. the breakfast was delicious and offered both Western and Japanese options. One of the best parts was the convenient location, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions.

The only negative was the lack of parking spaces. I struggled to find a spot to park my car so had to park a bit further away than I would have liked.

We stayed here to explore the nearby Mount Aso. The hotel had the best location as it was a short and convenient drive away. The staff, especially Ms. Lin Ayaka who helped us with check-in, was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated her assistance in providing us with extra blankets. The spacious and clean rooms were one of the best aspects of our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the functioning coin laundry and vending machines, were convenient. We also found a sushi restaurant and convenience store nearby by car.

Spacious rooms and nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance.

The hotel is located next to a busy highway, which can be noisy at times. The rooms could use some updating as some of the furnishings appear outdated.
